Please log in to License Manager to using your license. Your login works with your email address and a numeric passcode.
You account administrator will add you as a user on the account. You will receive an email with your passcode when this happens.
Only registered users can log in. If your name is not listed in the registered users table, then:
Enter your email address and passcode to log in. Once logged in, License Manager will remember you on that computer. You will not need to log in again unless you specifically log out.
If you want to use PROKON on another computer (e.g. your laptop computer, or work from home), simply log in at the computer too.
There is no problem with being logged in to more than one computer at a time. However, depending on the number workstations contained in your license, you may not be able to use your license on more than one computer at the same time.
If you have forgotten your passcode, you can request a passcode reset to your email address.
To change your passcode, go to the settings tab, or click your email address in the status bar.
Under normal circumstances, you do not ever need to log out of License Manager. Log out if you will not be using PROKON on a particular computer again, e.g. the computer is being decommissioned or allocated to someone else. To log out, go to the settings tab or click your email address in the status bar.
If you are merely ending a PROKON session then there is no need to log out; simply close all PROKON programs.
